Hopefully, this'll either be given by Santa (who's given me expensive gifts before...and no, I still don't know who Santa possibly could be, though I know it's not my parents), or possibly, maybe, if I don't jinx it or nag because that would be really bratty and wouldn't get me anywhere, my grandparents would get me one that I want--they're the ones who got me my super awesome Nikon D40*, and my Intuos4.

My parents want to set up a bank account for me and my sisters, which would mean that I could save up for clothes/wigs/eyes/face-up materials by myself. Man, I'd even abstain from iTunes for the rest of my life if I could get one: I would survive on YouTube and Pandora if I had to.

When I first think of what doll I want, I immediately think of () 's Hayden, but I don't want to be a copy cat. And all of the dolls of the same make look almost exactly like Hayden. Then I think of her Logan; I think that'd be a cool make to have, except that you have to get it second hand, and I'd want it bigger. And of course, I haven't looked at all of the different makes, so I can't really choose quite yet.

I'm a total doll n00b. In a bad way.

Pretty much my self-guidelines: I want a tall, pretty, boy doll.

Anyway.

So, I checked out 's FAQ, and then I checked out DenofAngels because I really want to find out all about dolls so I don't sound stupid. But since I have a history of sounding stupid on forums, and when I ask questions, I figure that what I did next will sound really stupid tomorrow when I'm more awake.



I left a question on Hiritai's FAQ asking if you had to own a doll before going on DenofAngels. And now I'm thinking ahead to "In the Miraculous Event that She Replies and the Answer is No, just go sign up, stupid," what I can ask without sounding like a super-dorky-total-n00b. Even though I am.
